HON. OBINNA ELVIS ANYANWU INAUGURATES ETCHE FARMERS/HERDERS PEACE  COMMITTEE. The executive chairman of Etche LGA, HON. Obinna Elvis Anyanwu today, inaugurated a committee to wade into the conflicting issues between the farmers and herdsmen in the local government area.
